I'm a Master Somatic Life Coach, specialising in nervous system regulation, leadership at work, anxiety management, and enhanced confidence through the somatic coaching and Pilates programmes that I offer.


am based in London and I offer 1:1 private sessions, online group programmes and workshops, both in person and online.

 

I help ambitious professionals in highly demanding roles feel more confident and empowered, so that they can reach peak performance whilst enhancing the quality of their lives.

I do this by targeting imposter syndrome, perfectionism, low self-confidence, anxiety, burnout, muscular and postural disfunction and dis-regulation of the nervous system.


My work is evidence based, supported by neuroscience, psychobiology and other scientific studies.


My mission is to help people build the mental and physical strength and resilience to step into greater leadership in both their careers and in their personal lives.
